Who can join RedaCare as a therapist?

RedaCare is open to qualified therapists who hold a recognised professional qualification, have valid professional indemnity insurance, and are a member of an accredited professional body. We verify these credentials to ensure quality for clients.

How do I book an appointment?

Visit a therapist's profile page and select an available time slot. Fill in your details and submit the booking request. The therapist will review and confirm your appointment, and you'll receive a confirmation email with all the details.

Is RedaCare free for clients?

Yes! Searching for therapists and booking appointments on RedaCare is completely free for clients. You don't need an account to browse or book. Therapists pay a subscription to be listed on the platform.

Do I need an account to book?

No, clients do not need an account. Simply find a therapist, choose a time slot, and provide your contact details. You'll receive booking confirmations and reminders via email.

I didn't receive a confirmation email — what should I do?

Check your spam or junk folder first. If you still can't find it, please contact us with your booking details and we'll help you out. Make sure the email address you provided during booking is correct.

What does "verified" mean on a therapist's profile?

A verified badge means the therapist has confirmed their professional qualifications, insurance, and membership of a recognised professional body. This helps you trust that you're seeing a qualified professional.

Can I pay for sessions online?

Payment arrangements are made directly between you and the therapist. RedaCare facilitates the booking process but does not handle session payments. Your therapist will advise you on their preferred payment method.

How is my data stored and protected?
